RATES

Promotional Talent Rates:

Rates vary depending on type of promotion. A 2 hour minimum applies unless otherwise negotiated. Rates are provided upon request.

Point of Sale:

Display set-up, execution and teardown. Rates vary on event size, amount of merchandise and event location. We have nationwide tour capabilities.

Road Tours:

Travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, auditions, talent bookings, wardrobe and professional styling, scheduling, and supervisory personnel. Rates are provided upon request.

Convention/Tradeshow:

    * Hostesses
    * Narrators
    * Product Specialist
    * Actors
    * Actresses
    * Special actor/actress rates available upon request.

Print Fees:

Models are booked by the hour or by the day. Minimum booking is 1 hour unless otherwise specified and approved by Agency. After first hour fees are rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. Rates vary depending on models’ level of experience and print use. Any models current rate is available upon request.

Print Day Rate:

Day Rate bookings are eight consecutive hours; daily rates are based on eight hours of work for the price of 6 hours. Day rates must be specified at the time of booking and cannot be changed after the model has arrived for the job. The full day rate must be paid even if the full eight hours are not used.

Featured Print:

Rates for posters, calendars, etc. for one talent to be featured and identified as a “brand” is triple rate unless otherwise negotiated. Hand, Feet, Etc.:

    * Booked at models’ full hourly rate.

Lingerie/Underwear Rates:

Bras, panties, translucent and transparent articles are at a double rate. Nude panty hose and full nude are triple rate. Closed set required. Specification of lingerie type must be confirmed before booking.

Premiums:

Fees and expiration date of photography to be used for billboards, displays, consumer packaging, national ads, point of purchase, posters are all negotiable and need specific approval from GD Productions.

Stills and Commercial Usage:

All photo stills and commercial footage should only be used for the purpose for which they were originated. Use and time period of usage must be specified on the talent voucher in order for the models release to be valid. Additional usage or exposure must be checked with GD Productions for negotiation of additional fees.

Live Fashion/Runway Rates:

Complete lists of live fashion rates are available upon request.

Make-up/Hair Preparation Time:

Prep time is based on an hourly rate and must be booked immediately before and assignment and be specified in advance with GD Productions at the time of booking.

Travel Time:

Drive fee and travel time must be negotiated at the time of booking. Anything within 1 hour of the event area is considered local and therefore travel time does not apply. Travel time can be avoided if GD Productions books talent that live within 60 minutes of the event location.

Shopping Time:

If the talent is required to shop for specific items, a preparation rate will be charged. Minimum shopping time is one hour. Client may be billed for approved purchases unless otherwise negotiated.

Secret / Mystery Shoppers: 

Description: GD Pros will send in a “mystery consumer” to measure quality and/ or gather specific information about products and services. Secret/Mystery shoppers posing as normal customers perform specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, taking pictures, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences. Rates vary depending on type of information being requested. A 4-hour minimum applies unless otherwise negotiated. Rates are provided upon request.
Large Background Groups:

When large groups of unidentifiable people are used, a special rate may be negotiated.

Test/Speculation/Experimental Shooting:

It is possible to use GD Productions model and talent for test shooting, although a photographic release will not be signed unless specific arrangements have been made with GD Productions prior to shooting. Client must sign agreement regarding use restrictions.

POLICIES

Talent/Agency Relationship:

GD Productions acts solely as an agent. Neither this text nor the policies contained herein constitute an express or implied contract of employment between GD Productions and any said person. Although every effort has been made to insure that the information contained herein is accurate, GD Productions cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

Holds and Tentative:

Tentative holds on talent should be confirmed or released 24 hours prior to booking.
Cancellations:
24 hours prior to booking – no fee. Less than 24 hours prior to booking – half fee. On the job – full fee.

Weather Permitting:

Must be requested at the time of booking.

    * First cancellation for bad weather – no fee.
    * Second cancellation for bad weather – half fee.
    * Third cancellation for bad weather – full fee.

Overtime:

If a booking goes past the original scheduled time the rate of each models hourly rate will be rounded up for each quarter hour thereafter unless otherwise specified by GD Productions. Before 6:00 AM and after 2 am are time and one half. Holidays are double rate except for the hours between midnight and 6:00 AM, which are triple.

Agency Service Fee:

A 15-20% service fee (determined by the type of work booked) is the standard GD Productions commission rate to be added to all bookings and billings. A 5% late charge per month from due date may be charged on invoices that are not paid within 60 days of invoice.
